Opposition leader in the Assembly meets EU ambassador |20 October 2012

The meeting took place in the VIP lounge of the Pointe Larue International Airport.

Subjects discussed during the meeting include the Electoral Reform Act, the Public Assembly Act and the roles of the Finance and Public Accounts Committee (FPAC) in the National Assembly.

Mr Pierre discussed with Mr Mariani about FPAC’s importance in a democracy and how the European Union can give continued technical help to the committee in the future.
