Assembly approves Companies Ordinance Amendment Bill |28 November 2012

It was the Minister for Finance, Trade and Investment Pierre Laporte who presented the bill to the National Assembly.

The main objectives of these amendments are to improve the ease of making business in Seychelles.
After much debate, the bill was approved by the majority while the Leader of Opposition in the Assembly David Pierre abstained.
