‘Let the children sing’ – a must-have in your CD collection

Mr Fontaine hands over a copy of the CD to Mrs Michel

The CD was launched yesterday and a copy was presented to First Lady Natalie Michel, who is also the chairperson of the Seychelles Children’s Foundation (SCF).

This is one of the many projects initiated by the foundation under the leadership of Mrs Michel.
Present at the ceremony held at the foundation’s office at Bel Eau were ambassador for Children and Women’ Affairs Dr Erna Athanasius, SCF chief executive Noella Gonthier and other staff, members of the Seychelles Round Table and several artists.

The launch of the CD is a result of the strong partnership which exists between the foundation and the Seychelles Round Table.

Mrs Michel thanked its chairperson Danny Fontaine and the other members of the organisation for their contribution in projects such as this one.

Copies of the CD were presented to the artists present, representatives of the choirs and the Seychelles Round Table.

The album costs R100 and members of the public can get their copies at Ray’s Music Room and in all Airtel showrooms.

The choirs which took part in the project alongside the children from the various homes are Les Rossignols choir, Dove’s choir and the National Children’s choir.
