Amigos country & western show at ICCS on March 23-The best of the old and young talents to perform for charity |16 March 2013

The show’s coordinator, Ken Marie, who is also lead guitarist and band leader, says the show is to raise funds for talented children who will be taking part in a youth festival in Seattle, USA, in April.

Among the old singers are Tony Laporte, Anthony Venticadoo, Walter Larue and Perin Dingwall (stage name – Johnny Dingle).
The new stars include Enrico Gonzalves, Tania Jeremie and Mona Prosper.

Besides lead guitarist Ken Marie, the Amigos’ other members are rhythm guitarist Guy Marie, Lambert Woodcock on bass, Jack Yokowo on keyboard and Tony Hoareau on drums.

Ken says the Amigos has been practicing and is in top shape, while the singers are expected to render justice to great hits by such favourite country & western old timers as Dolly Parton, Merle Haggard and Buck Owens.
