Celebrate Labour Day with Antoinette in concert

For the first time ever, famous local female singer Antoinette Dodin will be staging a live performance at the International Conference Centre on Tuesday April 30, 2013 at 8pm in an evening during which she promises to thrill her fans and music lovers alike.

Antoinette, who has been described as having an exceptional voice, started her singing career at the age of 8 when she took part in a local song contest and came out first to earn the right to sing in an international singing competition in Italy with her famous song Pti Tobi.

Since then, the innocent voice has grown and developed into something which we can only be described as phenomenal by local standards with songs such as Anzela and Ede Maler, pa ede Maler making it big on the local airwaves.

Antoinette possesses a talent that very few local female artists can emulate.
Tuesday’s show will showcase her ‘exceptional’ talent alongside artists with whom she’s performed duos with such as Norvil Ernesta, Jean Marc Volcy and Raymond Clarisse among others. Her repertoire will also include new songs which will feature on her upcoming album. There will also be performances by Antoinette’s female artist friends such as Sandra Esparon and Michelle Marengo.
Tickets for the show cost R250 and are on sale at the Post Office and with members of the Premium Cobras basketball club.

With the R250 ticket, you also get the chance to take part in a raffle, get a free drink sponsored by the Takamaka Bay and take part in the after-party in the Harbour Light Restaurant where there will be surprise performances by guest artists. Your ticket coupon will also allow you to get a free drink with any meal purchased at Butcher’s Grill in Victoria.
