Accommodate Court of Appeal at existing Supreme Court premises |14 May 2013
The present Supreme Court building, declared as a National Monument, must be left as it is. So the government should consider shifting the Court of Appeal to the present Supreme Court building.
Of course we cannot leave the building vacant and instead of using it for another purpose, the Court of Appeal can move in, it would be appropriate. A branch of judiciary can function in that building.
