The union has grown from strength to strength and finds itself at a point where it needs to have a permanent secretariat.
During his working visit in Antananarivo, Mr Francis will also visit the Foire Internationale de Madagascar – an event which takes place in May of every year and regroups businesses from the Indian Ocean.
Most of the exhibitors export their goods to Europe and Asia. On display will be a range of goods from semi-industrial machinery to food and beverage.
Visitors to the Foire Internationale de Madagascar come from all corners of the world.
Mr Francis will also take this opportunity to find out how small businesses in Seychelles could benefit in the fair and make contact will potential business partners.
