Ideally situated at the Victoria bus station, the new ATM adds to the fifteen others which the bank has placed on the three main islands of Mahé, Praslin and La Digue.
With the new machine, Barclays has also introduced a number of new services to make its clients’ lives much easier.

“In addition, our network of ATMs offer our customers a number of facilities that mean less Map showing Barclays’ ATM network in the countrytime queuing or visits to a branch.  Customers can request for mini statements, change their PIN code, make bill payments to four service providers (Airtel, PUC, Intelvision and Cable & Wireless), transfer funds between accounts, deposit money over the ATM, to name a few.
Barclays’ customers can use any ATM in Seychelles without any charges,” the bank’s retail director, Fabiola Horner, commented.

After officially launching the new machine in the presence of members of his staff, the managing director, Rakesh Jha, had this to say:

“Barclays is always on the lookout for new and innovative solutions to augment and continuously improve our banking facilities so as to better serve our customers. Our newest ATM at Orion Mall is strategically located to provide banking facilities to customers on the move, while increasing our geographical coverage. We endeavour to keep providing the best and affordable banking services closer to our customers.

This is aligned to our vision of being at the forefront of technology, and putting our customers at the centre of everything we do.”
Barclays has in fact the largest ATM and branch network across the country.
