Their certificates were handed over to them on Thursday in a short ceremony at the Seychelles Police Academy.
Officers from the National Crime Services Division and those performing general duties were last August trained in laser speed detection system and in alcohol physiology and breath theory.
In December, officers from the scientific support and crime records bureau and from the Public Security Support Wing took part in a five-day training entitled the introduction to weapons and ammunition management.
This training was sponsored by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
All sessions were held at the academy and involved both theory and practical aspects.
