William Herminie reinstated as lawyer |16 May 2018

William Herminie can now resume practice as a lawyer.

It was last Friday that the Court of Appeal granted him reinstatement under certain conditions.

He was suspended in 2016 as an attorney at law after several claims lodged by clients against him with the chief justice. The claims were centred mostly on poor service delivery and mismanagement of clients’ money.

Mr Herminie underwent a seven-week trial before a tribunal following which he lodged an appeal before the Court of Appeal.
