ASFF brings sexual and reproductive health services to Praslin

This new clinic, which is in line with the ASFF’s mandate to complement the Ministry of Health services, will be officially opened today and will be based at Grand Anse Praslin.

The hours of service will be from 4pm to 6pm, thus broadening access to sexual and reproductive health beyond the normal hours of 8am to 4pm.

Young people are encouraged to use the SRH service; however youth below 18 years of age will need parental consent for clinical services.

The ASFF already offers such services at Dr Chetty’s health complex, Malakoff Street on Mahé. In that clinic the services are offered from 8am to 6pm with a men’s health clinic on Saturday morning.
