The Seychelles Court of Appeal (SCA) yesterday allowed the appeal of the Seychelles Human Rights Commission, the Ombudsman and the Bar Association of Seychelles against the refusal of the judges of Constitutional Court (C Court) to recuse themselves from the hearing of a Petition filed jointly by those three organisations in September 2022, challenging the constitutionality of the 10th Amendment to the Constitution.
