St Louis sink La Passe

St Louis defeated La Passe 2-1 on Friday afternoon at the l’Union playing field in the only SeyPearl Premier League match played over the weekend.

St Louis took the lead through midfielder Gervais Waye-Hive with a well struck free kick to make it 1-0 and defender Danny Madeleine doubled his team’s lead before half-time for a 2-0 score at the interval.

La Passe came roaring back in the second period and reduced the deficit courtesy of a strike by their new Malagasy midfielder Rojo for a 1-2 score but St Louis held on to avenge their first-round league loss to this same opponent.
