Post Office announces new parcel posting procedures | 04 January 2021

As from January 2021, Custom Declaration form will have to be filled for all postal items, parcels, small packet except items of personal correspondents that is being sent overseas.

This application is available online at any Post Office and this is now a requirement of all foreign Post Offices so as to fulfil custom requirements in those countries and not to delay the delivery of mail.

Clients are advised that an electronic custom declaration form will be required in addition to a written copy. If this is not done, there will be delay and cost of storage and items being returned which will have to be borne by the sending postal operator.
