“We have observed a lack of such chicken fast food outlets in the country especially until late at night. This is why we have decided to venture into offering this kind of service,” said Rosie Damou, director of RoseBelle.
She said the outlet will remain open until 11pm when and if the health restrictions are lifted.
RFC is located adjacent to RoseBelle’s main store. It is a take-away service with no seating area. Clients, observing all the health regulations in place with regard to the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, will from the outside make their orders at one end and pick up the order at another end.
“We wanted to open the outlet since last year but the pandemic prevented us from doing so. Now that we have been given the go ahead with regard to implementing the health procedures in place, we started off this morning (17.03.2021),” Ms Damou said.
Apart from the chicken and pork menus served with chips, RFC also offers different soft drinks, water and different flavoured ice creams with chocolate toppings.
Ms Damou said that if the outlet is successful, the RoseBelle Group will expand the RFC brand to other places in the country.
RFC Plaisance is being run by eight Seychellois working shifts.
RoseBelle Pty Ltd is renowned in the country for its fresh food, meat, fruit and vegetables and great wines.
