Second phase of government house sale programme under way |09 February 2005

In the second phase, the Ministry of Land Use and Habitat (MLUH) is offering first choice to purchase these properties to all Seychellois nationals who are occupying some of these detached and semi-detached housing units and who, under their terms of employment, are entitled to such accommodation.
These principally include doctors and other graduates.

In addition, those eligible must not own any other property in Seychelles, the ministry says.

The sale of these properties will be processed by MLUH as per current procedures applicable to the sale of state land.
Those eligible should express their interest in writing to MLUH not later than the 31st March 2005.
