Mr Denise was awarded with his prize, a 21-inch colour television and a month’s free subscription to any Intelvision bouquet of his choice, in a small ceremony held recently at the Intelvision showroom in Victoria.
Beaming with joy, Mr Denise could not believe his luck as he was equally celebrating his birthday the same day the draw was held.
He received his prize from Reza Jaro, the marketing manager of Intelvision.
Since October last year Intelvision has extended the service of cable TV to thousands of homes in the country. The service is continuously proving its popularity by the constant growth in the number of new subscribers and according to the company, the figures are well above their projected targets.
Intelvision also offers easy-payment terms to its customers giving them greater financial flexibility in enabling most of the households in Seychelles to be subscribed. Customers can now pay the installation charges over a period of five months and can get connected with an initial payment as low as SR 240 plus the bouquet they wish to choose.
The basic bouquet is being charged at a minimal rate of SR75 a month. The Extravagance Bouquet by far is the most popular among the subscribers as it covers an extensive range of sports channels, broadcasting renown sports events from around the world. The month of November and December promises thrilling competitions like the Davis Cup Final, The UEFA champions league, US PGA Tour, Formula 1 races, The Spanish League and the exciting cricket series between India v/s Sri Lanka and South Africa v/s New Zealand to name a few.
The Extravagance bouquet also gives a wider choice of movies with some of the biggest blockbusters in Hollywood such as The day after tomorrow, Passion of the Christ, Spider Man2, Troy, Torque and so much more premiering this November.
Intelvision also has four other bouquets for subscribers to choose from which can be upgraded or downgraded at the end of the subscription period.
The company has announced plans to widen the range of channels for its viewers and expand its services with the launch of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) and Internet services by early next year.
