Pillay-R Group-Collect Lucozade caps and win television sets |12 July 2006
For the contest, consumers are being encouraged to collect as many Lucozade caps as they can and win fabulous prizes, among which are television sets.
The competition kicked off in mid June and is to go on until July 31.
The star prizes on offer include colour television sets of 29 inches, 21 inches and 14 inches, radios, T-Shirts and hamper of goods.
The first 1,000 customers who collect 35 caps will each win a Lucozade T-Shirt.
The bottle caps collected can be delivered at 20 redemption points, 17 designated distribution outlets on Mahe and three on Praslin.
Old and damaged caps will not be accepted.
The official results will be announced on Wednesday August 2 and all winners will receive their prizes in a ceremony.
The aim of the contest is to encourage consumers to enjoy Lucozade as a health energy drink.
In the meantime, the company has also announced that it has reduced the price of blackcurrant fruit drink, Ribena, to R3.50. The juice on sale in 200 ml tetra pack, is available in all retail outlets on Mahe and Praslin.
The product was previously selling at R4.98.
