Although the hotel has been operational for a short period of time, the management is happy with the response from clients thus far.

In addition to the thirty stunning villas, the Maia Luxury Resort & Spa has partnered with La Prairie – one of the world’s leading cosmetic brands – to offer clients the Maia Spa, which consists of three spa pavilions. Individuals or couples can fully relax as they undergo spa treatments in the hands of experts.

The Maia Luxury Resort & Spa is proud of its “international” workforce, comprising over 160 fully-trained employees of 14 nationalities. The majority of the employees are local residents and the hotel has received numerous positive comments from clients regarding the staff’s “attitude, commitment and dedication” to the hotel and its guests.

The day of the official opening of the hotel is yet to be decided.

The Maia Luxury Resort & Spa is a joint venture between Southern Sun Hotels and local businessman Joe Albert.
