 The famous giant tortoise has become one of Seychelles’ most potent icons, and this poster exemplifies the bold and striking photography that characterizes the new brand and its charming appeals to potential visitors. Although the message of jostling with 150,000 tortoises on a beach is not meant to be taken literally, it does convey one of the most striking facts about Seychelles’ unique flora and fauna, namely that the islands possess the largest population of giant tortoises in the world compared to the some 30,000 in the Galapagos.
