Elijah’s Call Sanniter hits the shelves |31 October 2009
Call Sanniter was officially launched last Friday during a special show at the Lovenut nightclub in Victoria.
Produced by Lo Bazz Production with the support of Sega Vibes and Ti Kim Production, the 16-track album also features other artists – Charlie, Red I, Extra Big, Emmanuel I and Jahkim.
Apart from the strong and positive lyrics, the tracks are backed by a powerful beat mixed at Relation Studio at La Misère and recorded by Extra Big.
In the absence of Elijah, who is now on a promotion tour of Mauritius, Emmanuel I said the songs are based on everyday life experiences, mainly the negative issues that are affecting the general public.
He explained that the title Call Sanniter – Call the Health Officer – illustrates the urgent need to rid our community of social illnesses.
