National teams receive T-shirts |21 May 2015

The Seychelles national volleyball squads have received sets of uniforms that they will wear during their training camp in France.

The men’s and women’s national volleyball sides will be leaving for France tomorrow for a training camp in preparation for this year’s ninth Indian Ocean Island Games (IOIG) that will be held from August 1-9 in Reunion.

The T-shirts have been sponsored by local telecommunications company Cable & Wireless. Press relations executive Albert Duncan said it is always a pleasure for Cable & Wireless to help the team by giving them these T-shirts.  He added that he hopes the team can continue to improve and make Seychelles proud at the Games.

Seychelles Volleyball Federation (SVF) secretary Jeannine Faure thanked Cable & Wireless for the donation and said she believes the team will continue to do their very best to bring positive results for the country.

The teams will leave tomorrow and are expected back on June 14.
