Golf: Barclays mug winners for May, June receive prizes |23 June 2015

Winners of the Barclays mug golf tournament for the months of May and June 2015 were presented with their mugs, while second and third place finishers also received prizes from the leading bank.
The presentation ceremony was held at the Seychelles golf club on Saturday.

Nahim Agricole won the May monthly mug with a net score of 66 and he was followed in second and third places by Jerry Jean-Baptiste (net 67) and Theo Hansen (net 67)

For the month of June, Hudson Figaro triumphed with a net score of 62, followed by David Deltel (net 62) and Damien Hoareau (net 66).

On hand to present the winners with their prizes was Barclays Bank representative Sony Barra, ably helped by club captain Alex Ellenberger.  

The Barclays mug is a monthly golf tournament competed under a stroke play format during which the golfers compete to get their hands on an engraved crystal mug of significant value. Barclays Bank Seychelles remains a long standing, faithful supporter of golf on the islands covering many years of partnership with the Seychelles golf club through the sponsorship of the monthly tournament.
