Rodney Govinden, Jean-Marc Gardette qualify for Rio Olympics |11 December 2015

Rodney Govinden and Jean-Marc Gardette have qualified for next year’s Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Govinden will compete in the Laser standard class, while Gardette will represent Seychelles in RSX windsurfing.

They qualified for the Olympics after finishing second in their respective event at the just-ended African Championship of Sailing which took place in Algeria.
