The Next Step raises R9,000 for eye cancer boy |30 December 2015

Musical group The Next Step recently raised R9,000 for a boy suffering from eye cancer.

The group raised the money through three days of performances on Mahé (December 22) and on Praslin (December 23 & 24).

The money was donated to the two-year-old boy, Sharib Marie, on Christmas eve as a Christmas present.

It’s the third time that the group donates to the child but on the first two occasions the boy was absent as he was receiving treatment in India.

The group thank all who have contributed to the donation.
