Young footballer Gael Savy passes away |22 May 2017

Young footballer Gael Savy passed away early Sunday morning at the Logan Hospital, on La Digue.

Savy had played for La Passe in their 4-1 win over Revengers at the l’Union playing field the day before.

According to reports, he was substituted in the opening 20 minutes of the match after suffering an ankle injury.

The cause of his death is not known yet.
