Sage & Ginger Healthshop – for a healthier you |11 April 2013

Sage & Ginger Health Shop which is among the newly opened shops in the Unity House shopping complex, offers alternative health products to consumers who are ready to change their lifestyle and go for a more healthier one.

Products stocked in store vary from diet, herbal, caffeine free and detoxifying teas to specialist products for medical conditions such as Coeliacs, diabetic or lactose intolerance. All products are organic and environmentally friendly.

Set up by two partners going by the name of S and G, Sage & Ginger Health Shop started off with a range of alternative health products they felt were in need in Seychelles by people with certain health conditions. According to one of the owners the shop there is a growing demand for alternative therapy and the fact that the shop provides good service, advice and is situated in a very good location, their clients are happy and recommend it to others.  Most of the clientele are by word of mouth.

Health supplements like Sea Kelp, Psyllium Husks, diabetic sugar, soya, Slimmers Tea and Anadin Liquifast are but a few of the various health alternative products available at Sage & Ginger.

Sea Kelp for example is a rich source of iodine - a trace mineral that is crucial for the healthy functioning of the thyroid gland as well as thyroid hormone production. It's also a natural source of vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D and E.
