The latest book, ‘The Magic of Seychelles Cuisine and Stories from the Paradise on Earth’ by world-renowned PR expert and Seychelles honorary consul general in Bulgaria, Maxim Behar, became a bestseller just less than a week after its launch in Sofia.
In the 150-page album, Mr Behar shares his passion for Seychelles and its traditional Creole cuisine, showcasing its diversity and the beauty of the exotic islands.
‘The Magic of Seychelles Cuisine and Stories from the Paradise on Earth’ presents Maxim Behar's favourite recipes, combining the unique flavours and aromas of Creole cuisine with local produce that go hand in hand with the nature of the islands.
The book offers readers a true journey to this ‘Paradise on Earth’, introducing them to interesting aspects of the lives of the locals and their traditions, as well as the most popular places to visit to best experience the Seychelles’ spirit.
In addition, the author shares interesting facts about the local flora and fauna, which is rich in endemic species unique to these islands.

With a good presentation of Creole cuisine and his stories about Seychelles, Mr Behar managed to trigger the viewers' interest in the destination.
