The handover of the gifts

For the second time this year Capital Trading and Kimberly Clark are giving each newborn baby a free pack of Huggies diapers and wipes.

This activity is part of the companies’ corporate social responsibility and engagement towards the community.

The gifts were handed over by Jacques Balette, general manager of Capital Trading, to nursing officer Vania Arissol in the presence of Marie-Josée Dangkow, nurse manager at the maternity ward, as well as postpartum mothers.

Capital Trading is the licensed importer of Kimberly Clark products in Seychelles which include renowned and trusted brands such as Huggies, Dry Nites, Depends and Kotex.

The products under these brands range from baby and toddler diapers, diapers for older children and young adults, adult diapers and sanitary products.

These products have gained popularity in Seychelles over the years due to their competitive prices and focus on quality.

The companies have therefore teamed up to undertake a series of initiatives in Seychelles aimed at giving back to the community.

Capital Trading says it has always worked with different organisations and institutions in the past such as the President’s Village and homes for the elderly and this year, it plans to work with the maternity ward and several chosen schools around the country.

Kimberly Clark says it will be happy to continue supporting such initiatives especially in support of groups such as women and children.
