Story behind RJ Flower Pots

Starting a business is never easy; for Rania Jean, the founder of RJ Flower Pots, it was a journey fueled by passion, hard work and determination.

At 28 years old, Rania has already built a thriving flower business that has not only survived the challenges of a global pandemic but has also blossomed into something that brings joy and positivity to countless clients.

Rania’s journey started with a simple idea, a desire to create something that represented her love for flowers and her name. “I didn’t have a name in mind at first, but I knew at that time I wanted something that would represent me, the initial of my name and surname,” she recalled. After considering several options given by someone, she chose ‘flower pot’, a name that beautifully captured both her identity and the essence of her business.

Her passion for flowers started during her post-secondary studies at the Seychelles Institute of Agriculture and Horticulture (SIAH), where she specialised in ornamental horticulture and landscaping for a period of two years.
