ISPC Seychelles launches the inaugural ‘MONIN DAYS’ |24 June 2025

A celebration of excellence in bartending and barista training

ISPC Seychelles has announced the launch of the first-ever ‘MONIN DAYS’, set to take place during the last week of September 2024. This landmark event, organised by ISPC Seychelles, the exclusive distributor of Monin products, aims to provide bartending and barista professionals across Seychelles with the opportunity to elevate their skills and enhance their craft.

Hosted at the prestigious Kempinski Resort on Mahé and Le Duc Resort on Praslin, ‘MONIN DAYS’ will feature intensive training sessions led by Ludovic Ceffué, Beverage Innovation Manager at Monin International. His expertise will guide participants through training, workshops, and masterclasses designed to inspire and transform, ensuring that our nation's bartenders are equipped with the latest techniques and innovations in beverage preparation.

For the convenience of the trainees, ISPC has arranged shuttles to transport them to and from their workplace (on Mahé only). The training sessions will be full-day events and may extend to two days, depending on the number of participants. Lunch will be provided, and the event will conclude with a celebratory party to mark the end of ‘MONIN DAYS’.

“We fully expect that this event will become a national success, as so far registrations have been enthusiastic. All resorts, restaurants, and bars in Seychelles have already signed up participants,” said ISPC Seychelles and Monin, which added they are thrilled to welcome everyone on Mahé and Praslin and to give even more people the opportunity to benefit from the skills that Ludovic Ceffué will share.
