National Assembly approves key changes to IBC law to strengthen transparency
The National Assembly has approved the International Business Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2025, as amended.
The bill, which was presented by Vice-President Ahmed Afif yesterday morning, marks another step by Seychelles to strengthen its commitment to international financial standards and improve its global reputation.
It introduces several important changes to the existing law that governs International Business Companies (IBCs) in Seychelles. The original legislation was adopted in 2016, and last amended in 2024.
