President Ramkalawan welcomes Mahe Skimmers Sports Club at State House
Following their exploit at this year’s Winter National Championships held at the sports complex of Côte d’Or in Mauritius between June 19-22, members of the Mahé Skimmers Sports Club were received by President Wavel Ramkalawan yesterday at State House.
They first took part in 2017, but at this year’s competition, the Mahé Skimmers Sports Club (MSSC) made their biggest medal harvest ever, garnering 108 medals, including 46 gold, 34 silver and 28 bronze in different age groups, and also overall performances, compared to only 41 last year.
