Swimming: National Age Group Championships – Day Three

Mahe Skimmers lead the standing after 3rd day of competition

 

Mahe Skimmers Sports Club are currently leading the medals table at the ongoing National Age Group Championships, taking place at the Roche Caïman swimming pool, bringing together swimmers of all ages from four local, and three foreign clubs.

After three days of competition, Mahe Skimmers Sports Club have garnered a total of 58 medals including 28 gold, 16 silver, and 14 bronze.

Aquafins Swimming Club are currently second overall with 27 medals – 10 gold, eight silver and nine bronze –, followed in third place by Toto Sports Club who have collected a total of 16 medals, including four gold, six silver, and six bronze.

Other than the local clubs, which also include the La Digue Swimming Club, the competition is also being contested by three foreign clubs – Madagascar Aquatics, Sea Horse Aquatic Centre (of Kenya) and Moka Rangers Sports Club of Mauritius.
