Lalyans Nouvo Sesel holds first convention |28 July 2025

 Endorses candidates for upcoming elections

Newly formed political party, Lalyans Nouvo Sesel, held its convention yesterday, during which supporters approved the party’s presidential candidate, Alain St Ange and his running mate Daniella Payet, as well as those vying for a post in the National Assembly for their respective constituency.

During the over three-hour event at the STC conference room, the party also unveiled its flag, colour and logo symbolising unity, progress and national renewal.

The convention, exactly two months before the general elections, was an opportunity for the party to present its manifesto, which stresses on putting people and country first.

When addressing the gathering, presidential candidate, Mr St Ange, said it was honour to represent Lalyans Nouvo Sesel (LNS) in the upcoming elections, and thanked his running mate, Mrs Payet, for approaching him for this noble cause.
