Seychelles activates CERT-SC to lead coordinated cyber threat response

The newly established National Computer Emergency Response Team of Seychelles launched by the Department of Information Communications Technology will serve as the country’s frontline for analysing and monitoring cyber threats, sharing intelligence, raising public awareness, and coordinating national responses to cybersecurity incidents.
Its creation follows a key recommendation from the Cybersecurity Maturity Model (CMM) Assessment, conducted in 2024 with support from the World Bank.
