Seychelles edge Madagascar clinch team events’ bronze
After losing their first two sets of matches to Mauritius and Reunion on Sunday, Team Seychelles yesterday redeemed themselves, edging Madagascar 3-2 to win the team event’s bronze medal of the 13th Commission de la Jeunesse et des Sports de l'Océan Indien Games.
In the first two sets of matches on Sunday at the La Promenade Gymnasium in Victoria, Seychelles lost 0-5 to Mauritius and 1-4 to Reunion.
