Seychelles must end its war on stray dogs

A horrifying wave of cruelty to animals in Seychelles has jolted the public conscience. Among the most disturbing incidents, someone poisoned four beloved family dogs on their private property; a partially skinned dog was found dumped like trash on the side of the road in Providence; and a post on facebook openly encouraged the mass poisoning of dogs in the country.
