Voters’ register certified ahead of general elections |19 August 2025
• 77,045 voters registered – 39,792 females and 37,253 males
The Electoral Commission of Seychelles has officially certified the Register of Voters ahead of the presidential and legislative elections which will take place on September 25, 26 and 27, 2025.
This year, the register contains 77,045 voters, comprising 39,792 females and 37,253 males.
The number represents an increase of 3,815 new registrations compared to the 2020 elections, when the list stood at 74,634 voters.
