Spurs maintain perfect start under Frank with win at Man City

First-half goals from Johnson and Palhinha, on his full debut, earn Spurs 2-0 win at the Etihad Stadium

Tottenham Hotspur maintained their perfect start to the Premier League season under Thomas Frank with a superb 2-0 victory over Manchester City to make it two wins from two matches.

First-half strikes from Brennan Johnson and Joao Palhinha, on his full debut, proved decisive at the Etihad Stadium, where Spurs have now gone three seasons unbeaten, after a 4-0 win last season and a 3-3 draw in 2023/24.
