The Chinese embassy officially launched the second China Film Festival on Friday, August 22 at the Deepam Cinema, marking the return of a showcase of Chinese culture and cinema to Seychelles.
The Chinese ambassador, Lin Nan, expressed that film is the art of light and shadow, a mirror of reality, and an ambassador of culture, playing a crucial role in promoting exchanges and mutual understanding among civilisations.
