Seychelles reaps one gold, two silver and three bronze medals on day one
Seychelles has won a gold, two silver and three bronze medals on the first day of the XXI Africa Aquatics Zone IV Championships being held in Manzini, Eswatini.
The gold medal came through Aaliyah Palestrini in the Girls 17-29 years 100-metre backstroke where she clocked 1 minute 06.40 seconds (1:06.40). The silver medal came through Nathan Nagapin in the Boys 17-29 years 50-metre breaststroke with a time of 31.01 seconds and from Cornelius Opperman, Tyron Marie, Anthony Morgan and Nasri Jean Baptiste in the Boys Medley Relay 14 years and under.
