Seychelles Prison Service honours its officers

To mark Prison Week, the Seychelles Prison Service held a ceremony yesterday to acknowledge several officers for their essential contributions to prison service and public safety.

The event at the Seychelles Police Academy, Pointe Larue, was attended by Internal Affairs Minister, Errol Fonseka; Minister for Employment and Social Affairs, Patricia Francourt; Minister for Agriculture, Climate Change and Environment, Flavien Joubert; Chief of Defence Forces Major General Michael Rosette; and Commissioner of Prison Service, Janet Georges.
