The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Sylvestre Radegonde, received the Head of Mission of the SADC Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM), Honourable Justice Andrew K. C. Nyirenda, and his delegation at Maison Quéau de Quinssy yesterday.
