Local relay to begin next Monday
The King's Baton Relay in the run-up to the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, where athletes from 74 nations and territories will be competing across 10 different sports, for Seychelles will begin on Monday October 20, and will go on for one week.
The Games will take place from July 23 to August 2, 2026.
During the relay, other than the traditional procession around Mahé and the inner islands, this year, a series of activities have been programmed in parallel with the event.
