President-elect Dr Patrick Herminie receives King’s Baton at Maison du Peuple

As part of the King’s Baton Relay for the forthcoming Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, President-elect Dr Patrick Herminie yesterday received the baton during a symbolic ceremony held at the Maison du Peuple.

The baton was presented to Dr Herminie by officials of the Seychelles Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association (Socga), namely president Alain Alcindor, vice-president Denis Rose, and executive committee member Norbert Dogley.
