CBS board retreat focuses on strengthening organisational resilience

The Central Bank of Seychelles board held its 2025 retreat from October 24-25, focusing on building organisational resilience and strengthening internal capacity.

The discussions centred on workforce efficiency, leadership development, succession planning, employee well-being, organisational culture and effective communication. The board emphasised the crucial role of leadership in shaping and sustaining a strong institutional culture.
