Seniors celebrate active ageing at Stay Young Programme
The National Sports Council revived its popular Stay Young programme last Friday at the Roche Caïman Dojo, bringing together senior citizens for a day of fun, fitness, and social engagement.
Those who took part enjoyed a variety of activities, including walking, ball-throwing, balance exercises, and light group workouts, all designed to enhance strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
