Lions Club of Seychelles partners in reading buddies engagement to inspire young minds

In a heartwarming initiative to promote literacy, creativity, and student empowerment, the Lions Club of Seychelles partnered in a Reading Buddies engagement activity held on Monday October 20, 2025, at the La Rosière school Library.

The event, organised in collaboration with Belonie secondary school’s Africa Educates Her-Prudent Project student group, featured special guest and American author Samantha Childs, who has generously gifted two of her published books to support the cause of reading, empowerment, and anti-bullying advocacy.
