Charting a new blueprint for development, writing a new chapter of cooperation
From October 20 to 23, 2025, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing. The most important outcome of the plenary session was that the Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development was adopted. The Five-Year Plan proposal has made top-level design and outlined the strategic blueprint for China’s economic and social development in the next five years. I would like to share the key message of this meeting with our friends in Seychelles.
